Does anyone else find it chilling how easily Victor accessed a rifle and used it in such a devastating way? The randomness of it all makes it even scarier. Andrew Price and the other victims were just going about their day, completely unaware of the threat lurking from that attic window. My heart goes out to their families, who had to hear in court how their loved ones were lost to such a senseless act. It makes you think about how gun access and mental health intersect and what more could be done to prevent something like this from happening again. Does anyone have more information on how the community responded or if there were changes implemented afterward?
