Has anyone looked into the media coverage around Joan Richburg's case back in the day? I've been doing some research, and it's shocking how little attention this brutal murder seemed to get compared to others at the time, especially considering the horrific nature of the crime. I can't help but feel for Joan's family and friends, who were not only dealing with the loss of a loved one but also had to face the reality that her case was swept aside in some respects. Does anyone know if her family ever made public statements or pushed for more media coverage? It must have been incredibly difficult navigating their grief while feeling like Joan wasn’t getting the attention or justice she deserved.
