Has anyone looked into the circumstances surrounding the location where Frank's van was found? It’s always seemed odd to me that his van was partially stripped in a railway yard on Staten Island. Considering the van was found so quickly, does this suggest it was left by someone familiar with the area or engaged in activities around there? Perhaps locals who frequented the railway yard for other reasons might have seen something or know more about why that spot was a popular dumping ground. This could offer some insight, even if it's a shot in the dark after all this time. Anyone familiar with that area back in the '80s? Could be some patterns or connections worth digging into.
