I'm still trying to wrap my head around how quickly life can change. When I found out about Officer Rick Finley, it struck me deeply. It's just so tragic to hear how a regular call turned into such a devastating loss. He was doing his duty, something he was incredibly dedicated to, and it cost him everything. My heart goes out to his family and friends who have to navigate life without him now. His commitment to the community was evident in the way people have come together to honor him. It's a testament to how much he was valued and respected. I only wish these reminders of life's fragility didn't come at such a high price. Anyone else feeling a little shaken by all this?
