I’m sitting here just trying to process how something so senseless could happen at a place that should be all about community and fun. Fred Dorsey Playground is where kids should be playing and people should feel safe. It’s hard to imagine the horror that unfolded that day. My heart goes out to Zashaun's family—what an unimaginable loss. What really caught my attention was Byron Spottsville's behavior. Returning to the crime scene and confessing is bizarre and makes me wonder about his mental state at the time. It's so odd that he involved himself like he did. I'm also curious if there's more to their history or if this was a random act. No matter how you slice it, it’s all so tragic for everyone involved. Wishing peace for Zashaun's loved ones during this terrible time.
