I've been following Veronica Gallegos' case for quite a while, and something that puzzles me is how her boyfriend acted right after she went missing. I'm curious to know if anyone else finds it odd that he stopped cooperating with the investigation early on. I mean, if your partner goes missing, wouldn't you want to do everything possible to help find them, especially when a child is involved? I've read that the boyfriend was considered a person of interest, but is there any more information on why he stopped cooperating? It just raises so many questions for me. Are there any locals here who remember how the community reacted back then or any details that maybe flew under the radar? Any insights would be appreciated!
Hey everyone, I’ve been following Veronica Gallegos' case, and one thing that really puzzles me is why she would leave behind her six-month-old child if she did indeed leave on her own. As a new mom, it just feels off. I mean, what are the chances she would go back to Mexico and not take her baby or her ID with her? It's just these little details that make everything feel so suspect. Does anyone else find the boyfriend's behavior odd? I read he stopped cooperating with the police. Has anyone looked into the timeline surrounding when Veronica was last seen in Gun Barrel City? I find it strange that she supposedly packed a suitcase to leave for Mexico but didn't take her purse, ID, or, most importantly, her baby. I'd expected some effort by the authorities to verify travel records or communications that might indicate she planned to leave. It seems like any meaningful clues have been elusive. I wish we could crack this case wide open! Does anyone know if there've been any updates from the Mexican side of things, or if they've reached out to local authorities there for assistance? ?️‍♂️
