Has anyone here looked into the lack of investigation around Caroline Sorenson's death? I can't help but feel that the system completely failed her. It's haunting to think that so many red flags were ignored, especially with the life insurance payout and similarities to poisoning symptoms. It's like there were so many opportunities for someone to question what's going on, but they all slipped through the cracks. I can't imagine the pain and confusion that must have surrounded her short life and that of her brother, Axel. It's terrifying and deeply sad that they had no justice or protection when they needed it the most. How could there be no headstone for Caroline? It's like she was erased. It’s so important to remember her and others who suffered under Belle's hand.

I’ve been digging into Caroline Sorenson's tragic fate, and it’s just so haunting to imagine the world she was born into. The fact that there was no investigation into her death just feels so unsettling. I can't help but wonder how different things might have been if there had been more awareness or suspicion about these patterns back then. It's incredibly distressing to think about such a young life being surrounded by such darkness and manipulation. Even now, over a century later, it’s hard to digest that someone could have repeatedly harmed their own family for financial gain. It's also so sad to know that Caroline's grave isn't marked. Every victim deserves recognition and a place where they can be remembered and honored properly. If anyone knows more about how people learned about these events in that era or any local efforts to preserve the memory of victims like Caroline, I'd love to hear about it.
