Has anyone else found it strange that the employer didn't wait even a full day before reporting Ramirez missing? I mean, it's considerate to be worried, but jumping the gun like that makes me wonder if there was something they knew that wasn't immediately obvious. With Ramirez having worked for them for two years, there must've been some trust, right? Did something seem off recently that could’ve prompted such quick action? Or is it possible that there's more to their relationship than just employer-employee? Would love to hear others' thoughts on this aspect.
