Hey everyone, I've been following Brandon Jacobs' case for a while, and something that's been on my mind is the role of transient jobs in missing persons cases. I mean, traveling with a carnival sounds adventurous, but it also means a lot of moving around and meeting new people all the time. It's not like working a regular 9 to 5 where you have the same colleagues every day who might notice if something's off. I'm curious if the transient nature of his job and constantly being on the move could have contributed to how difficult it is to trace his steps. It seems like it would be way harder to piece together a solid timeline when you're always in a new place. Have there been other cases similar to Brandon's where someone went missing while working a job that takes them across different states or regions? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Has anyone looked into the gas station employees who might have been working the day Brandon Jacobs disappeared? It seems like they could have seen something or someone that might have provided more clues. Plus, gas stations usually have security cameras, right? Not sure what the situation was in 2010, especially in a small place like Balmorhea, but maybe they caught a glimpse of something. It feels like there are just too many unknowns surrounding that last sighting. I'd love to know if investigators ever followed up on this lead or if there's any info out there from the time about potential witnesses. Thoughts, anyone?
