Has anyone else been following the details about the restraining order Daniel Fink filed just hours before Aide's tragic death? I can't wrap my head around it. It's incredibly unsettling how someone can go from claiming they feel threatened to committing such a horrific act against a person they once loved. It makes me wonder about the signs and what, if anything, could have been done differently to prevent this tragedy. My thoughts are with Aide's children—they’ve been through so much. It’s a reminder of how important community vigilance and support are in potentially volatile relationships. The fact that residents rallied to support her children shows the strength and unity in our community, but it’s just heartbreaking that they have to grow up without their mom now.
