I can't help but feel for the family of Jose Ruiz Miguel. Losing a loved one so suddenly and in such a violent manner is just unimaginable. I remember my own workplace disputes over the years, and it's so unnerving to think how one disagreement could turn deadly. It seems like there could have been so many opportunities to de-escalate the situation before it got to this point. I wonder if there were any warning signs or if anyone at their workplace noticed any tension between them. It's a difficult reminder of how important it is to address conflicts head-on and to always seek help when things seem to be getting out of hand. My heart goes out to Jose’s family and friends as they navigate through the aftermath of this tragedy.
