I've been following Sharon Ann Ross's case for a while, and something that's been really puzzling is about her apartment at Olympic Apartments. I've seen cases where people disappear without a trace, but the fact that she left everything behind, especially with her medical condition, just feels off. I wonder if she was meeting someone she knew or felt comfortable with because it’s strange she didn’t take anything with her. Could it be someone she trusted? Also, the proximity to the Black River—has anyone thought about whether she could have headed there because it's a place she felt safe or familiar with? I've seen similar patterns in other cases where the missing person is somehow drawn to a particular place. I'm just speculating here, but I do wonder if anyone else has thoughts or theories about why she might have left in such a manner.
Does anyone else find it odd that Sharon didn't take anything with her when she disappeared? From what I've gathered, it seems like she just vanished into thin air without any of her personal items. Given her medical condition, you'd think she'd have at least taken her medication or something. This makes me wonder if she might have been in a confused state and wandered off without realizing it. The searches along the Black River area haven’t turned much up, which is puzzling. It’s so frustrating that there are so few details available even after all this time. Could the area around the Olympic Apartments have any hidden spots where someone could easily lose their way? Anyone familiar with Watertown have thoughts on what the surroundings are like?
I keep thinking about how strange it is that Sharon left behind everything she owned. Like, if someone intends to leave, you'd think there'd be some sign or inkling, but it sounds like there was none of that here. It's baffling and worrying, especially considering her medical condition. I wonder if she could have gotten confused and wandered off, not realizing the night was getting colder or that she might need help. It's just so eerie to think she could still be somewhere nearby, maybe even in a place they've already searched. It would be interesting to hear if anyone local has noticed someone fitting her description wandering around since then. It must be so frustrating for her family to have no clue. I'm hoping someone comes across this and can provide a new lead or insight.
