Has anyone else noticed how quiet the neighborhood has been since the incident with Carlos Felipe Ruiz? Living nearby, it feels eerie to walk past that block on Trigg Street now. I've heard from some folks around here that Carlos was well-liked and didn't seem to have enemies, which makes this even more perplexing.
