What stood out to me was that Jose wasn't involved in the fighting at all. It's terrifying to think about how you can be in the wrong place at the wrong time and have your life taken away so abruptly. I keep wondering about the security measures at bars like the Warehouse Bar. Did they have enough safeguards in place that night? I mean, were there security personnel who could have helped de-escalate the situation before it got out of hand? I know these kinds of incidents can happen anywhere, but it’s crucial to ask these questions so that maybe something positive can come from all this pain. Hoping that the community can rally together to support Jose's loved ones and push for changes that could prevent another tragedy. If anyone has ideas or more info about improving public safety around nightlife spots, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
