Hey everyone,
I've been following the Leah Rice case for a while and something that keeps coming up in my mind is the dog being with her during the jump. Has anyone else thought about the significance of that detail? It’s such an unusual and specific thing to do. I'm wondering if there's any deeper meaning there or if it sheds light on Leah's state of mind at the time. Does anyone think this detail could rule out other theories about what might have happened that day? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Leah Rice's case has always intrigued me because of the dog being with her during such a devastating event. I can't help but wonder what role the dog played in Leah's mindset that day. Was it a source of comfort for her? In some tragic incidents involving pets, the animals are usually left behind, so it's so unusual and sad that Leah brought her dog with her in a sling. It feels like she wanted to ensure that the dog stayed safe or maybe didn’t want to leave it alone. This detail adds a layer of confusion and leaves me questioning what could have been going through Leah's mind. Does anyone know if the dog was ever found or if it managed to swim to safety after the incident? It's just one more piece of the puzzle that might provide some insight into Leah's state of mind and what exactly happened that day.
Does anyone else find it strange that Donald Rice's body was found so quickly, but Leah is still missing after all these years? I’ve been thinking about the river currents and how they work. Could it be that the river's flow was stronger at the time Leah went missing, or is it possible that something else might have happened after the jump? I've read a bit about the Missouri River and how unpredictable it can be, but the timeframe for finding Donald's body versus not finding Leah’s at all is puzzling. Has anyone come across similar cases where bodies weren’t recovered from that river, or is there something else at play here? The peculiarity of the baby sling with the dog strapped in just adds another layer of mystery that makes this whole situation feel so unresolved. Thoughts?
