I've been following Jonathan Santiago's case, and one thing that stands out to me is how little we hear from potential witnesses. The street was busy that night, and yet, the silence from those who might have seen something is unsettling. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for Jonathan's family, waiting for someone to come forward with information. It's painful to think that there might be people out there who know exactly what happened but are too afraid or unwilling to speak up. I hope the reward motivates someone to finally break that silence and provide the closure Jonathan's loved ones desperately need. Keeping them in my thoughts and hoping for justice soon.

I’ve been following Jonathan Santiago’s case for a while now, and I keep thinking about the community's role in helping solve these kinds of cases. It’s bewildering that despite so many people being present at the time of the shooting, no one has come forward with solid information. I can only imagine the pain Jonathan’s family is going through, waiting for answers that seem perpetually out of reach. It's clear from the police chief's statements that there's a lot of frustration on their side too, which makes it even more confusing that nobody’s talking. I understand fear can be a major deterrent, but at some point, our community needs to rally together and bring the truth to light. The $2,500 reward is a step, but maybe local organizations or businesses could pitch in to increase it or raise awareness? Sometimes, a bit of extra encouragement could make all the difference. I'm still holding out hope that, sooner or later, someone will have the courage to speak up. Jonathan and his family really deserve justice.
