Has anyone else been following the witness testimonies in the Negron-Fernandez case? I find it really troubling how Nicholson and Thompson had such conflicting stories about who actually pulled the trigger. It makes me wonder about the reliability of their statements and what pressures each of them might have been under. It's just really unsettling to think about how mixed-up testimonies can sometimes complicate the search for justice for the victims and especially hard on the family when the truth seems out of reach. My heart goes out to Jose's family; this whole ordeal must be incredibly difficult for them. Do you think we'll ever really know what happened that day?
