Is anyone else curious about the neighborhood where Timothy Milburn was killed? I know 300 W Seymour St isn’t exactly the best area, but I’ve been digging a little into its history. There have been quite a few incidents in that same vicinity over the years. It's a bit concerning how these communities can be plagued by violence repeatedly. Does anyone know if there are efforts in place to improve safety in that part of Philly? And I can't help but wonder if the environment played any role in what happened to Timothy. Just thinking about his family trying to navigate this senseless tragedy without answers makes my heart ache. Hoping that discussions like these can shed light on solutions that might help prevent other families from going through something similar. Any thoughts?
