I'm still trying to wrap my head around how exactly something like this could happen in a seemingly tight-knit community like Dauphin. Nancy's life was dedicated to her family and her work as a custodian at HACC, where I'm sure she made connections with a lot of people. Her sudden and tragic loss, along with Kari's, is incredibly difficult to process—for their family, especially. I can only imagine how hard it must be for the siblings and the extended family left behind. A close colleague of mine lives nearby, and she mentioned how this incident has left a lasting impact on the neighborhood. Everyone is just waiting for more answers or any insight into the circumstances that led up to this devastating event. Has anyone seen any updates from local news outlets or the authorities? I haven't been able to find much more than the initial reports. My thoughts are with their loved ones through all of this.
