Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of the missing person traveling by boat with Archie Olanna between Brevig Mission and Point Clarence. Does anyone know the exact route they were planning to take? Given how unpredictable the waters can be in that area, I'm curious if there were any weather alerts or warnings issued around the time they went missing. The fact that the boat ended up near the Port Clarence Coast Guard Station seems odd. If anyone has insight into typical weather patterns there or knows if any search efforts have been hindered by bad weather, I’d appreciate the info. Stay safe out there, folks.

I was digging into the case of the missing boat trip between Brevig Mission and Point Clarence, and something's been nagging at me about the location where the boat was found. The boat was discovered abandoned near the Port Clarence Coast Guard Station, which seems oddly close for something that presumably "drifted." This spot isn't that far from the coast guard station itself, so why didn't anyone spot it earlier or notice it drifting? It makes me wonder if the boat was intentionally left there, maybe to throw off where it actually went missing. Could Archie Olanna or anyone else have been trying to signal for help nearby and something happened before they could reach safety? Just a thought, but it seems like a detail that needs a closer look. Has anyone else gone down this rabbit hole, or am I missing some obvious explanation?

Hey everyone, I was just reading about the situation with the missing folks who were traveling on that boat between Brevig Mission and Point Clarence. It's really puzzling how their boat ended up abandoned on the beach near the Port Clarence Coast Guard Station. Has anyone heard if there were any weather warnings or if the sea conditions were particularly rough around that time? It seems like such a short distance for things to go so wrong. Also, does anyone have more information on the Coast Guard's search efforts? It'd be great to know what's being done to find them. Stay safe out there!
