I was reading about Anthony Connyer's case from back in 2011, and it got me thinking about how tough it must be for his family and friends, even after all these years. McDougall Street, where it happened, seems to have been through a lot, with a string of violent cases around the same time. It’s so concerning to see how these patterns of violence can take over entire neighborhoods. I can only imagine the frustration for his loved ones, trying to piece together what happened and hoping for any breakthrough in the case. It’s chilling to consider how many sunsets they’ve waited for answers, and yet the case remains unsolved. Here's hoping that renewed attention can someday bring some closure to them and others in similar situations. How do we keep the conversation going to ensure these cases aren't forgotten?
