Hey everyone,
I've been diving deep into Jessie Sue Gurley's case, and something that's been bothering me is the lack of media coverage over the years. For someone to just disappear without a trace back in 2008, you'd think there'd be more spotlight on her story. It's frustrating that many people still don't know her name or her case details.
I stumbled upon some old articles, but they barely scratch the surface of what might have happened. Do you all think the local media didn't pick it up because of where she disappeared from, or was it just one of those cases that slipped through the cracks? I wonder if a renewed push for coverage could help generate new leads.
Has anyone here seen successful examples where media attention was reignited long after a disappearance, and it actually helped uncover new information? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
