Has anyone else been following Male Cortez Moore's case? It seems to get lost among the many tragic stories from Detroit's violent year in 2012. I was reading about his funeral at New Christ Temple Church, and it's just so sad to think of his family having to say goodbye under such tragic circumstances. It's frustrating to see so many cases like his remain unresolved. The city was really stretched thin back then, with so many socio-economic issues and limited police resources. It's hard not to feel for the families left wanting answers and justice. What do you all think might help boost efforts to close these cold cases and offer more support to affected communities?
