Does anyone else find it incredibly frustrating that so many cases like Jeremiah Ginn's remain unsolved? I can't imagine the pain and uncertainty his family must endure every single day. Being from Detroit myself, it's hard seeing my city struggle with violence and knowing that so many murders are just left hanging. It's discouraging to think about the sheer volume of cases the DPD has on their hands and how thinly stretched their resources are. I really hope the Cold Case Unit can make some headway with cases like Jeremiah's. It's so important for these families to find some sense of closure. Have any of you heard if there’s been any recent progress or renewed focus on older cases? Every bit of hope counts.
