Has anyone else noticed the mystery surrounding Peter Torres' tattoos? I've been researching this case and can't help but think that his tattoos could hold some clues. The black widow tattoo on his neck and the tattoos on his arms might stand out to someone who knew him or saw him after he left the convenience store. It's a pretty unique feature that could jog someone's memory. Maybe someone at the "I Don't Know" bar or a passerby on Highway 123 saw him that night and just hasn't come forward yet. I'm wondering if there have been any efforts to look into this further? Every small detail could help, and it feels like this particular detail hasn't been explored enough in discussions. Anyone else think the tattoos might be significant in piecing together what happened to him?
