I've been following the Kimberly Hunt case, and something that sticks with me is how much her friends and family have rallied together to support one another through this devastating time. It's clear Kimberly was a pillar in her community. Despite the chaos and tragedy of what happened, there seems to be a strong network of love and support surrounding her loved ones.
One person I read about was her son Brandon. It's not easy finding the strength to speak publicly after losing someone so close, but he's been vocal, not just for his family, but for the entire community. His call to action against the violence plaguing their town is truly admirable. I hope more people join him in this cause and that positive changes come from such a tragic event. To everyone affected by this senseless act, my thoughts are with you. You deserve peace and healing.
Hi everyone,

I wanted to focus on Kimberly's family for a moment. I've been reading about the trial and it's just so touching how her son Brandon has stepped up during these difficult times. It's evident from everything I've read how much Kimberly meant to her family and what a significant role she played in keeping them together. Brandon’s courage in both speaking out during the trial and pushing for change regarding gun violence in Lumberton is truly admirable.

It's clear he's fighting not just for justice for his mother but also for a safer community, which is something we all can support. His advocacy shines a light in such a dark time. My thoughts are with the Hunt family and all those affected as they continue to navigate through this unimaginable loss. It’s important we keep discussing these serious issues and support one another. ?

Much love to everyone here supporting the community.
Did anyone else catch the detail about Kimberly's son, Brandon, speaking up in court? My heart goes out to him and the family. It takes incredible strength to stand up and share your pain publicly like that. I can’t imagine how hard it must be to try and articulate the impact of such a devastating loss in a courtroom filled with strangers. Not to mention, having to relive those moments while searching for ways to turn that grief into a call for change in their community. It’s brave to advocate for an end to gun violence as he’s doing. Does anyone know if there are any local organizations in Lumberton that are working on this issue? It could be helpful to support and elevate their efforts in memory of Kimberly and Kayla.
