It's been a while since Brian Ray's tragic passing, and it's discouraging to see how little progress has been made in his case. I was particularly moved by how his daughters, Paige and Briana, spoke about him during community vigils. They painted such a vivid picture of their father—a man who loved cooking and always had a joke ready to lift someone's spirits. It's devastating to think that these young women have to move forward without the guiding presence of their dad. Can anyone who's familiar with Detroit crime cases shed some light on why these investigations often hit roadblocks? It seems like there should be more leads given the nature of the crime, yet here we are, years later, with no answers. I hope someday justice is served, and that his family can find some peace.
