Hey everyone, I’ve been following the tragic case of Arthur Hoskins, and something that really struck me was the challenges faced by the Detroit Police Department's Cold Case Unit. It seems like they’re up against a massive backlog of unsolved cases, and given the high crime rate, it's clear they’re stretched thin. This really makes me wonder how effective these units can truly be when they're so under-resourced. With Arthur’s murder still unsolved, I can’t help but feel for his family and friends who are left waiting for answers. No one should have to endure such uncertainty, especially when technology has advanced so much. I’ve read they’re using modern forensic techniques now, but it’s the manpower and the community's willingness to share information that seem crucial. Does anyone know if there have been recent updates from the police about Arthur’s case? Sometimes I think that community engagement could really be a game changer here, perhaps even more than DNA technology alone. Would love to hear your thoughts. Stay safe, everyone.
