I'm deeply saddened to hear about Ray Jones and what his family must be going through all these years later without answers. I was thinking about how the Cold Case Unit in Detroit must feel facing a mountain of unsolved cases, each one representing a life lost and a family in pain. They really need our help more than ever—not just with information, but also in pushing for more resources to tackle these cases. Every time a case like Ray's remains unsolved, it's a reminder of how crucial it is for communities to bridge gaps with law enforcement. New forensic tools are amazing, but they can only do so much without our full support. If you're in the Detroit area and know anything, even if it seems small, please consider coming forward. We owe it to families like the Joneses to help bring them some sense of justice and peace.

Has anyone else been following Ray Jones' case? It's incredibly frustrating to think about how his family must be feeling without any answers after all these years. I was reading about how the Detroit Police Department's Cold Case Unit is trying to utilize advanced forensic technologies, but it seems like they're really overwhelmed with the number of unsolved homicides. It's sad to see the lack of witness cooperation too. I know it's a complicated issue, but it feels like we need a stronger community effort to bring justice for Ray and others like him. I truly hope the community steps up and someone who knows something decides to speak out. Sending my thoughts to his family and hoping they get the closure they deserve.
