I've been following James Coakley's case for a while, and one aspect that really stands out to me is how active and involved his family has been in seeking justice. It’s so evident how loved James was and how much his absence has impacted his family and friends. They have participated in numerous community events and vigils, all in the hope of keeping James's memory alive and encouraging anyone with information to come forward. It’s admirable but also so painful to watch them fighting for justice all these years with no concrete answers. I wonder how many people who might have seen or heard something feel intimidated or afraid to speak up. The community seems tight-knit, but silence isn’t helping anyone. If there’s anyone out there with information, even the smallest detail could potentially be significant. It’s frustrating to think that fear or reluctance could be hindering the progress of the investigation. My heart goes out to the Coakley family and all who knew James as they continue to wait for the closure they deserve.
