Hey everyone, something that's been on my mind with the Rosario case is how underfunded and resource-strapped some of these investigations seem to be. It really makes you wonder just how much info gets overlooked simply because there aren't enough hands on deck to dive into every lead. I've read about a few similar cases recently, and it feels like a recurring theme. It's truly frustrating, thinking about Kristy and her siblings growing up somewhere out there, while authorities struggle to connect the dots. What can be done to support these investigations more effectively? Throwing it out there for discussion – maybe some of you have ideas or know of organizations that are making a difference.
I was looking through some old missing persons cases and came across Kristy Rosario's. Has anyone else noticed how often non-custodial parental abductions seem to slip under the radar? It’s shocking and frustrating how these cases sometimes don't get the immediate attention they need just because it involves family. The fact that they released age-progressed images for Kristy and her siblings makes me wonder what kind of life they might be living now. It’s so concerning to think that they may be hidden away and everyone just moves on assuming they’re “safe” since they are with their parents. These kids deserve to grow up surrounded by family that the system has deemed is best for them, and keeping a case like this in the spotlight might be their only chance for reunion. Anyone else feel that more awareness could drive some tips we desperately need from the public?
I find it really odd that there's barely any information about the parents' background available, especially given the serious charges against Luis Rosario Sr. You’d think there would be more public records or media digging into their history. Does anyone know if there was any relevant background on them that might shed some light on their possible whereabouts or any connections they might have had out of state or even abroad? Also, weren’t there any red flags noticed by family or friends before this happened? With modern resources, someone somewhere must have seen something. It's frustrating watching cases like this go so cold over the years.
