I've been following the case of Andres Rivera and something that stands out is the significant delay in legal proceedings. It’s bewildering how long it took to even bring any charges, albeit unrelated ones, against the primary suspect. The pain and frustration his family must feel is unimaginable. It seems like an eternity has passed, and it feels like the legal system is dragging its feet. With the suspect serving time for other offenses, it makes me wonder if justice for Andres might ever be served. Have any other forum members noticed cases where unrelated charges acted as a placeholder while investigators gather the needed evidence for the main crime? It seems like a strategy, but in this case, it’s not leading to what Rivera’s family really needs — answers and closure. Sending love and strength to them.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following Andres Rivera’s case and keep coming back to the burglary angle that the investigators looked into. I’m wondering if they might have missed something there. It seems like there was a bit of a pattern with break-ins in the area, and yet none of them seemed connected to Andres' death in a concrete way.
Do you think it's possible there was some kind of connection between his murder and those burglaries that just wasn’t obvious at first? Maybe someone had a vendetta but used the burglaries as a cover? It's unsettling to think about, but it could be a reason why this case has been so difficult to crack. If there are locals here, did anything about those burglaries stand out at the time?
It's so tough for his loved ones not having answers. Every piece of the puzzle is important. Hoping for justice for Andres and peace for his family.
