I've been thinking a lot about Jacob Anthony Davis and how he was known for his adventurous spirit and artistic talents. For a guy like Jacob, who was described as passionate about cooking and art, it seems like he brought a lot of joy and inspiration to those around him. What really stands out to me is how much his family and friends cherished his playful nature—even in something like cooking, it feels like he mixed his love for adventure with caring for others. And let’s not forget his children—having a dad who was a genuine, fun-loving spirit must have left them with some beautiful memories. With the world upended by COVID-19 during 2020, it breaks my heart that his family couldn't share the celebration of his life with the larger community right away. Jacob's family deserves so much love and support as they navigate this unimaginable loss. Holding his family close in my thoughts. Has anyone heard about any community projects or commemorations in his honor, maybe something his kids could see when they're older? If there are ways to support them, it'd be a kindness worth exploring.
