Has anyone else been following the incident at Dunwoody Glen Apartments? It's just so shocking to think about the impact this has had on Malachi, who survived that terrifying night. I can’t imagine losing both a mother and a sister in such a violent way. And the fact that he must now navigate his life without them is just unimaginable. It really brings to light how important it is for communities to have resources for those affected by such tragedies, not only for immediate support but long-term as well. I hope he gets all the love and strength he needs. If anyone has info on how the local community is coming together for Malachi or ways we can support them, please share. ?

I’ve been following the case of Danyel Sims and Crystal Williams, and I just can't shake the haunting thought of how Danyel, a mother, was trying to protect her children in those final moments. It’s profoundly disturbing to think about her last act being one of shielding her family in such a terrifying situation. As a parent myself, this resonates with me deeply. It makes you wish for a world where relationships don't end in violence and where family outings don't turn into life-threatening situations. I hope the conversation around this tragedy leads to effective change in how these cases are handled and prevented. Sending strength to Malachi and the whole community as they navigate through this loss.
