Has anyone looked into the possibility of Lauro Garcia getting involved with friends in San Antonio? I know teens sometimes venture out to bigger cities and might hang out with a different crowd. I'm not saying that's what happened here, but if he knew someone in San Antonio, it might be worth reaching out to people who knew him around that time. Maybe someone saw something or heard from a mutual friend? It's been so long, but sometimes even the smallest detail can make a big difference. Keeping Lauro and his family in my thoughts.
