Has anyone looked into the local businesses or residents in the area where Rock was found? I remember reading somewhere that the 2800 block of St. Lo Drive had a lot of surveillance cameras. It's frustrating to think that with so much potential footage, nothing substantial has surfaced regarding suspects. Rock was such a valued member of his community; you'd think there'd be a push to intensify efforts in getting hold of any available video evidence. Did anyone from the community remember seeing anything unusual or did they manage to obtain any footage on their own? It's truly upsetting how so many cases in Baltimore just seem to hit a dead end. His family and friends deserve some closure and justice. Sending thoughts to them all.
