Has anyone else been following the case of Monte Bolmer? It’s truly difficult to comprehend that it's been over eight years since his life was tragically taken in Bayview. This neighborhood, unfortunately, has seen more than its share of violence over the years. What strikes me the most is the lack of progress in solving Monte’s case—not for lack of effort, but because no new leads have surfaced. I can only imagine how tough this wait must be for Monte’s family and friends who are still searching for answers. It must be deeply frustrating to know that there is a reward out there ranging from $50,000 to $250,000, yet the silence remains. The impact on the community and the urgency for closure in the Bolmer case are palpable. For anyone with even the smallest piece of information, it could mean a world of difference. Let’s all hope that someone comes forward and that Monte’s family can find the justice they so desperately deserve.
