It's really unsettling that Lavelle just vanished without a trace, especially in such a remote area. Has anyone discussed the weather conditions around the time Lavelle went missing? Alaska can be so unpredictable, and weather can change in an instant. I'm curious if there might have been a sudden storm or if the terrain might have posed challenges. It seems odd that Schertz didn't notice anything, but I guess the vast wilderness could complicate things too. Just wondering if external factors like the environment might have played a role in this case. Thoughts?

Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the mysterious case of Lavelle. Does anyone else find it odd that Schertz didn't seem to have any idea where Lavelle was? They were supposed to be together the whole time, right? I'm just trying to wrap my head around how someone could just vanish without a trace when they were supposed to be with a companion in such a remote area. Were there any reports of them having disagreements or any signs of trouble during the trip? It feels like there’s more to the story here, but I can’t quite pinpoint what.
