Has anyone else thought about how crowded the Orange County Fair can get? If you’ve ever been there, you know just how easy it would be to lose track of someone in that environment. Given Michael Fraunz’s condition, it makes you wonder how much supervision he really had. Were there enough caretakers with the group that day to watch over everyone? I feel like this is such an important aspect that might not have been thoroughly investigated back then. If anyone has more info on the supervision situation from that day, it might shed some light on how things could have gone wrong.
