I've been following Timoteo Perez-Jaimes' case on and off for a while now, and something that's been really sticking with me is the phone call he made just before he disappeared. It seemed like he knew something was off with the people he was supposed to travel with. It's chilling to think that he reached out, looking for help, and then just vanished. It's like a scene from a mystery novel, but this was real life for his family. Does anyone else think there might be something more to the people he was supposed to travel with? Could they have played a bigger role in his disappearance and subsequent death? I feel like there are a lot of unanswered questions there, especially since his family hasn't been able to get all the details on exactly what happened in those last days. Anyone here have any experience or a similar story about last-minute changes in travel plans or gut instincts before something bad happened?
