I was reading about Pedro Uriostegui's case and something struck me as odd. I noticed a few people mentioning that the area around the Windridge Apartments on Dallas Parkway isn't known for major crime issues. So how did something this serious happen there? Were there any unusual activities or incidents reported at that location around the time he disappeared? It feels like there's more to this whole situation than meets the eye. Maybe someone local could shed some light on what the neighborhood was like back in November 2015? It's tough to understand how someone could just vanish from a relatively peaceful area without anyone noticing anything strange. Would love to hear thoughts or any info from folks familiar with the area!
