I've been thinking a lot about Gregory Ruffin Jr.'s case lately, especially after learning about his love for basketball and how he managed to shine despite his mental health challenges. It’s always incredible to see someone pursue their passion, and it seems like Gregory did exactly that with basketball during his high school years. Going to Grossmont College showed he was planning for a bright future, and it breaks my heart that he never got the chance to see it through. It’s troubling that despite the years that have passed, Gregory’s killer still hasn’t been brought to justice. I can't help but wonder if there’s someone out there who knows something but hasn't come forward. Maybe they’re scared, or maybe they don't realize how important their information could be. I really hope that anyone who might have the smallest detail about that night decides to step up and help Gregory’s family find some peace. Sending strength and love to Shay Ruffin and the rest of Gregory’s family. I can’t imagine what you’re going through, but there are people out here rooting for justice for Gregory. Let’s keep his story alive and spread the word in hopes of someone coming forward with information.

I can't stop thinking about how Gregory's mental health struggles might have played a role in his tragic fate. It's challenging enough dealing with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, but growing up in such a tough neighborhood must have added an unimaginable amount of stress. Shay Ruffin’s description of her son as someone who stayed clear of gang activity speaks volumes about his character. It’s so important we shed light on mental health resources and support for people in similar situations so we can prevent tragedies like this from happening again. Sending love to Gregory's family, it's so frustrating that the case remains unsolved. Let's continue spreading the word until justice is served.

I’ve been thinking a lot about Gregory Ruffin Jr.’s case lately. Despite all the time that has passed, it feels like progress has stalled, and I can’t imagine what his family is going through. One thing that stands out to me is how Gregory was an exceptional basketball player and a college student, which paints a picture of a young man with hopes and dreams. The fact that he also dealt with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder makes it even more crucial for us to seek justice—not just for him, but for anyone vulnerable in similar situations. It’s incredibly frustrating that there seem to be no real leads or suspect descriptions. How can it be that in such a seemingly public area near a trolley stop, no one saw anything? It makes me wonder if anyone in the community might have seen something small but significant and not realized it. I really hope more people come forward to share what they know. Gregory deserves justice, and his family deserves the truth. If anyone out there has any information, no matter how minor it seems, please consider reaching out to authorities.
