Hey everyone, I stumbled upon Oscar Rivera Mendez's case while browsing through NamUs, and I can't seem to stop thinking about it. Does anyone know if there were any events happening in McAllen around the time he disappeared that may have complicated the investigation? Sometimes local events bring in people from out of town, and it might be worth looking into if anyone has connections that could be relevant. It's so frustrating when a case stays open for this long with so little information available. If you have any theories or know of any resources that could shed some light, please share. It would be amazing to see his family finally get some answers.
