I can't stop thinking about how devoted Richard was to Ann. From everything I've read, their love story was so powerful, it's almost hard to believe it ended this way. It seems like they were truly inseparable, and everyone who knew them agrees that he was always by her side, especially after she fell ill. The idea that he felt driven to do something so drastic out of love and despair is haunting. I can't even begin to imagine the emotional turmoil he must have gone through during Ann’s hospital stays. For those who knew Richard and Ann, this was not an act of malice but a compassionate, albeit tragic, decision. Still, I can't help but feel for their family and friends, who now have to live with this devastating loss. Sending thoughts to everyone touched by Ann and Richard’s story.
