Hi everyone,
I've been following the case of Donrass Granville, and just can't shake the thought of how this could happen right under so many people's noses. The shooting happened in a fairly busy area, right in front of 2824 Bronx Park East, and it was just a typical evening. I’m baffled that no one seems to have seen anything that could be helpful to the investigation. Is it possible people are scared to come forward, or could there be some other reason why we haven’t heard more witness accounts?
I really feel for his family. Losing someone in such a violent and sudden way must be incredibly hard, especially when answers seem so far away. Hoping that anyone who knows something finds the courage to speak up, even if they think it's just a small detail. Every bit of information could help bring some peace to Donrass’s loved ones.
Stay safe, everyone.
I keep thinking about the community response around Donrass Granville's murder. It's incredibly moving to see how friends, family, and neighbors have come together to remember him and demand justice. Although it's been years since the tragedy, the unity of the community shows how deeply Donrass was loved and respected. I’ve read about vigils and memorials being held in his honor—these gestures, though simple, amplify the call for answers and serve as a reminder that he hasn’t been forgotten. It feels like every time someone lights a candle for him, it’s a small step toward keeping the pressure on to solve this case. It's gut-wrenching to think that the people responsible are still out there, but the strength of those who keep his memory alive is truly inspiring. If anyone knows more about local community efforts or has attended any of these gatherings, please share. Every little bit of awareness can help bring about the justice he deserves.
I can't stop thinking about how fearless Donrass must have been in his daily life. Living in such a bustling part of the Bronx, he must have known the risks, yet carried on with his life. I read somewhere that he lived on Olinville Avenue, just a short distance from where the tragedy happened. It's chilling to think you can be so close to home and still not be safe. My heart goes out to his family and friends who must visit these places and be constantly reminded.
The lack of progress in getting justice is another bitter pill to swallow. It makes you wonder what kind of person could just disappear into thin air after taking a life in such a public area, or if maybe they are still out there, right under our noses. You'd think someone saw or heard something given the time and place. I hope that someone finds the courage to come forward with information that can finally bring some peace to Donrass's loved ones.
