It’s intriguing how one fragment of a person's past can fuel endless theories. Timothy Wayne Coulson's 1982 disappearance still baffles many, and I keep coming back to the sighting rumored in Tofino back in 1987. It sticks out because even if it was just a fleeting encounter, it takes the narrative out of Kirkland, where he was last seen, to a completely different region. Tofino is such a small community, so if he was really there, you'd think more people would have noticed. Does anyone know of similar cases where a fleeting sighting like this was legit and led to a big break years later? It'd be interesting to know how those played out and if there’s hope a similar turncoating could help Timothy’s case.
