I can't stop thinking about the role that social media might have played in the events leading up to the tragic death of Kennedy Merrit-Millit. With both suspects and the victim being so young, I wonder if there was any online drama or tension that spilled over into real life. It's a reminder of how interactions online can sometimes have devastating real-world consequences. My heart goes out to Kennedy's family and friends who are left to grapple with this loss. I hope that anyone who saw or heard anything online speaks up; it might be a key piece of the puzzle to bring justice for Kennedy.
