Does anyone have any theories about why there hasn't been more media coverage for Edwin Melgar Maldonado's case? It seems so strange that after all these years, there still aren't many details available. I know some missing persons cases get a lot of attention, while others don't, and I'm curious if anyone here has insights into why that might be the case for Edwin. It's frustrating not seeing updates or renewed calls for information. Maybe if there were more eyes on his case, someone out there might remember something that could help. Hey everyone, I recently stumbled upon Edwin Melgar Maldonado's case from back in 2012. It’s been over a decade, and we still don't have much to go on. Something that's puzzling me is the lack of information about the area he disappeared from. I mean, McAllen isn’t exactly a small town. Does anyone familiar with McAllen remember any unusual activity around that time? Maybe there were community events or changes in the neighborhood that might’ve affected Edwin’s routine? It's just disheartening to see such little progress, and I feel like even the smallest detail could help piece things together.
