It's so hard to comprehend the depth of horror the Mosser family must have endured during those last few days. I keep thinking about little Pamela Sue and the fear she must have felt. She was just a toddler with her entire life ahead of her. As a parent, this hits especially hard because family road trips are supposed to be filled with joy and memories, not terror and tragedy. It breaks my heart to know they were all together during such a dreadful experience, and it makes me wonder if they found any small comfort in each other's presence before the end. Has anyone ever heard how the community of Joplin came together after this tragedy? I’d be interested to know more about that side of the story.
