Hey everyone, I came across Isaac Olivares' case while browsing through some older reports, and something really stood out to me. It's been years since Isaac disappeared from Dallas, and I can't help but wonder about the circumstances with CPS. Has there been any discussion about their protocols or procedures when someone goes missing directly from their care? I know CPS cases can be super complex, but it seems like there should be more accountability or follow-up, especially in situations where a minor goes missing on their watch. Does anyone have insights on how CPS handles these situations? I feel like understanding their response could be key to figuring out what happened or at least preventing future cases. Any thoughts or similar cases you know about? Hoping for a breakthrough soon.
